Credits Consumption
- AI Consultation: Each AI conversation consumes 10 credits
- Automatic Refund: Credits are automatically refunded if AI service fails or encounters technical errors
- No Hidden Fees: No additional charges for API calls or system usage beyond AI conversations
Credits Management
- Expiration Policy: Credits have defined validity periods and will expire automatically after the specified time
- Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts, extended, or exchanged for cash
- Usage Tracking: All credit consumption is tracked and visible in your account dashboard
- Balance Protection: Negative credit balances are prevented; service will be suspended when credits are insufficient

- You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that makes up the Evola service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of evolaai.com and any third parties.

Termination
